Our Scope of Work:

 Installation and Commissioning of Electrical, Instrumentation and Control Systems for the first phase of Water Transmission Line, including 7 pump stations and midway stations.

Engineering works:

•  Detail design of the Electrical part of the project has been done by ABB.  The scope of work of Rastak Pouya and its partner (Farzan Fan Andish Co.) is as follows:
• Design Review for whole Electrical, Instrumentation and Control System documents and providing complementary documents.
• System Configuration and system set up
• Loading the Control System's program
• Providing Mark-up and As-Built Documents

Construction Works:

• Site Mobilization for 7 pump stations (From Bandar Abbas to Sirjan)
• Installation and Commissioning of All Switchgears (MV, LV, UPS, Charger, etc.)
• Installation and Commissioning of VSDs (ABB ACS-1000)
• Installation and Commissioning  of Transformers and Diesel Generators
• Calibration, Installation and Commissioning of Field Instruments
• Installation and Commissioning of Control Systems (including DCS and Marshaling Panels)
•  Installation of Fiber optic and Profibus  Network
• Installation and Commissioning  of CCTV System
• Installation and Commissioning of Telephone and Intercom System
