The Sadaf Petrochemical Project in the Persian Gulf is the largest elastomer production complex in the country and the region, with the goal of producing 136,000 tons of styrene butadiene rubber annually and with the prospect of supplying domestic and global markets.

Currently, in November, 1402 projects are being implemented with the talent of 330 direct and indirect personnel with a physical progress of 57%.

According to the plans of the main employer, this project should be put into operation by the end of 1402

Scope of Work:

Installation and Pre-commissioning of Electrical and Instrumentation Systems for whole plant, including (but not limited to):

• MV, LV and I&C Cable Pulling and Termination (1600 Km)
• Installation and Precommissioning of MV and LV Switchgears (250 Cells)
• Installation and Precommissioning of UPS, AC/DC and Chargers (100 Cells)
• Installation of Cable Ladder, Tray and Accessories (52 Km)
• Calibration, Installation and Precommissioning of Field Instruments (4000 Devices)
• Installation and Precommissioning of Lighting System (2900 Fixtures)
• Installation of Primary and Secondary Earthing System
• Installation of Telephone, Paging and CCTV System
• Installation of Fire Alarm System
• Installation of Cathodic Protection and Heat Tracing system
