The project to construct the 270 MW Kaveh solar methanol power plant near Kaveh Industrial City (Saveh) began in 1404. The main equipment of the power plant, including panels, inverters, structures, etc., was supplied by the employer from China.

Rastak Pouya Engineering Company, as the executive contractor, is responsible for installing 70 MW of equipment from this power plant and recorded a record of installing 1 MW per day.
